Enjoy Edison's best steaks and burgers at our own Christie's Bar & Bistro ! Indulge in a decadent steak dinner or have a light snack with a beverage at our bar. We're open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner; the bar and lounge area is open until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. For our hotel guests, Christie's also offers room service every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Christie's menu features a variety of Black Angus steaks, in addition to burgers, fresh seafood, pasta sizzling fajitas and salads. Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary requests and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
